Motivational and self improvement training seminars can be a great way to give your employees or students a break from their work and a way to learn new ways to deal with interpersonal conflicts and to manage skills regarding communication and leadership. If you want to call a group meeting and have a speaker come to give their inspirational sayings or stories of their past to help your staff or students you can look online or in a phone book to find self improvement or motivational speakers that are available. You can call their sales department and ask to set up a meeting to visit with the speaker and get an idea on what they would talk about, how much they charge for their course, and if they're open in a time frame that works with you as well. Keynote performances will range in price depending on who you hire and how long their speech will be for. Individual courses during a training period or seminar with a coach may be more expensive than hiring somebody for only one time.
